Grilled Stuffed Buffalo Style Chicken! #LCHF

Grilled Stuffed Buffalo Style Chicken!

Ingredients:

  • 3 Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 3/4 Butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp Celery Salt
  • 1.5 tsp Hot Sauce
  • 1.5 tsp Sriracha
  • 1/2 tsp Tones Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Tones Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp NuSalt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 Slices Chopped Bacon
  • 3/4 cup Mozzarella, Shredded

Directions:

Start by chopping bacon and cook it up, drain and set aside.  Cut the chicken down one side of it so you can open it up like a bun!  Sprinkle seasoning inside and out on the chicken.  In a bowl mix the cooled bacon and cheese together and place it in 3rds in the chicken and fold the top over the chicken.

Go start your BBQ Grill! Get it hot and then go melt the butter and add the sriracha, hot sauce and celery salt and whisk up.  Once your grill is ready, stir up the butter sauce mixture and brush one side of the chicken well! Put that side down on the grill first then brush top of chicken and let cook about 8 minutes.  Make sure it’s not directly over fire or it’s going to burn!  Flip it carefully and brush on the butter sauce mixture again! I did this two more times myself.  You can if you want. Just cook till done and eat! 🙂 I had a small salad on the side and my homemade dressing!
