Buttery Rich Chocolate Fat Bombs!

Sometimes you just have to make Fat Bombs, sometimes they’re a must.  For me these are the kinds of things I make during my TOM (Time of Month).

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp baker’s cocoa (toll house is all I had)
  • 10 drops liquid sucralose or sweetener of your choice

Directions:

If you haven’t melted the butter, please do so now. Cover while nuking because it will pop and make a mess in there.  Once it’s all melted add cocoa powder and mix well, then add the sweetener and mix well.

I have a little silicone heart molds and I was able to pour 20, these are small candy sized molds.  Not very large at all, it’s a little over a teaspoon for each candy.  Place molds in the freezer once you have filled and let freeze for about an hour or so.  Then store in a freezer bag in the freezer.

These turned out super delicious and honestly it’s really hard to eat just one, but even if you eat half of this batch it’s 2 carbs! you can’t beat that one bit! Not to mention they are really, really good!  This is one of the most simplest recipes you’ll find to make chocolate!

I made these chocolate fat bombs. They are delicious, but I have a question. I followed your directions to the letter, put in silicone molds, and froze. The butter separated from the “chocolate”. Is this normal?

Oh wow, no I haven’t had that happen unless I add something else to it then it’ll break. But I haven’t had that really but once and I think it was the sweetener I used. Which I cannot even remember it was in the beginning, when I started back in 2014. I haven’t made these in a long time, I think I will! 🙂
