Chocolate & Vanilla Swirl Faux Ice Cream!

Ingredients:

1 cup piggly wiggly Heavy Cream
3 drops NuNaturals Vanilla NuStevia
1/2 tsp NuNaturals No Carbs Blend Stevia
1.5 tbsp Cary’s Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Shurfine Cocoa Powder
1 zip lock or piping bag

Directions:

Pour cream in mixer and start to mix until it starts to look thicker and add the vanilla nustevia and stevia only at this point. Beat till thick and remove half of the whipped cream and place in a zip lock set in fridge. Add cocoa powder and cary’s syrup and mix until combined. Do the same remove the remaining an add it to the same bag you put the plain whipped cream in. So you should have two kinds in the bag now, be sure to use a spoon or something to make sure you get both kinds in each squeeze. It’s okay if the first few come out just plain vanilla or chocolate.

I piped them into my silicon muffin pan, which is only 16 since I cut two strips off to fit in my freezer lol I freeze these pop out two at a time and it’s less than 2 carbs for two of them. The only ingredients that have any carbs is the cream, the cocoa powder and syrup have equal dietary fiber to carbs and or sugar alcohols to deduct giving us less than 1 net carb for each piece.

I didn’t get all the fat information off the container but I’m sure it’s up there!
But the fat is like 5.5 grams each and less than 1 gram carb per piece.
