Site I Use To Track My Daily Eating & Activities!

I have received a lot of questions about the site I”m using or app I”m using to track my daily food and activities.  Well it’s My Fitness Pal and I love it! I log in pretty much daily I have had a few down times and missed some days, but mainly I do it.  It not only tracks the foods you eat, but you can also add activities you did for the day.  As far as tracking food they have hundreds, perhaps thousands of foods already in the sites database! I have only had to add a couple items that were brand new from a company.  Which is great cause that also puts their product that some people may not know about in the system and others can search for it online!  Plus you can get results for 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days and last year.

So here are some screen shots of the site to show you just how awesome it is! Oh you can also make a personal blog too, right within their site!  I really like My Fitness Pal!
