My Diet LCHF VS Your Diet!

It’s funny because as I watch my facebook I see people sharing grains, fruits, pasta’s and all these carb & sugar filled foods.  I think to myself are you really losing on that diet, do you think sugar is really good for you, it doesn’t matter if it’s in fruits or from a sugar dish it’s the same type of sugar!  I eat a lot less carbs per day than most people do, on average I try to do less than 10 carbohydrates per day and 0 sugars.

Consuming sugar is really bad like I said no matter if it’s natural or table sugar it has the same effect on your blood glucose, just like carbohydrates which turns to sugar.   I have told so many people about this diet and some are like omg you’re going to kill yourself! Why? because I’m eating GOOD fats?  The fats I am consuming are natural unprocessed by machinery.  So to me it’s simple because I’m eating what we used to eat before the carbohydrate addiction began!

Seriously carbohydrates and sugar together is a horrible combination! If you think something doesn’t have any carbs, but has sugar then it has equal carbs as sugar!  So let me ask you this do you lose weight on a low calorie, low fat, all carbohydrate diet? When you diet this way there is NO Fat Mobilizing Hormone present when doing this type of diet. When doing Low Carb High Fat diet the Fat Mobilizing Hormone (FMH) is present and you are burning fat all the time, maybe just a little bit.  But that little bit adds up daily!

What I’m trying to explain to you is that the FMH is a natural substance of the human body and is only produced on the right diet! That diet would containing little to No Carbs and No Sugar. At this point the when ketone bodies are present in the urine the body is using up small amounts of your stored fat as fuel!  So the basically the pituitary gland releases the FMH in to the bloodstream.  So when carbs are not available, the body tells the pituitary gland needs fuel and it breaks down fat to get some.

So to break this down by cutting the carb intake our marvelous natural body substance FMH a magic bullet is released by the pituitary gland and is circulating in the bloodstream.  The release of this substance is the whole purpose of this diet and the reason it works when all other diets fail!  I have successfully failed all other diets, and I’m losing with this one!

So the purpose of doing this diet is to live healthier and longer, not to mention weigh less!  This diet isn’t a bad diet and people say omg you’re going into ketosis that is so dangerous, but they are mistaken.  It’s wise to learn and know what you’re talking about.  What is bad is ketoacidosis which happens when you’re a diabetic.   This diet is good for diabetics as well as just people in general.

I would highly recommend anyone who is struggling with weight loss to try this diet! If you’re concerned go to the doctors have your labs done and do the diet for 3 to 6 months and go back to docs and tell them you have been doing Atkins diet and want to check your labs!  Other thing is research look for Dr. Eric Westman and others on youtube talking about #LCHF and listen to them.  They can tell you exactly about this diet and you can live the rest of your life healthy and smaller framed!  Here is a video of Dr Westman explaining this diet!  He does call it something else other than Atkins, but it’s the same diet!

Remember this diet is simply going back to the basics of foods! Not eating everything processed or manufactured with tons of preservatives and poisons (carbs or sugar) in them!
