Weekly Weigh In!

So today is that day again! Although I weigh myself constantly which is bad, but I did my weekly weigh in and was very happy and shocked too!  So as you can see in the photo what my pounds are now!  So if you remember last weeks update I was 322.4 lbs.  Well my weigh in this morning was 314.6 WOOHOOO that’s a total of 7.8 pounds lost in my second week.  So today begins my third week!

    You should not weigh yourself everyday. Give it a few then it will be a better surprise. Keep up the good work girl. I am very proud of you working so hard at this. So happy for you that it is working.

    Way to go!!! I am also on a low carb diet, it’s been tough to start, but I am doing a whole lot better now.

    Woho! You are doing so great! That is really amazing and I am sure you are excited about your progress. Keep it going and no matter what, just keep the motivation, determination and inspiration going. 🙂 Soda is worse and I know people would go with Diet just because of the word Diet, but that actually is bad. They said the Diet once have Aspartame that is not good for our body. Well, I am no expert, but I just want water at all. And yes, you really do have to read labels and understand them because there are a lot of sugar in food that we eat everyday that you would not even think that it has sugar in it. My husband and I, including my kids don’t drink soda not even juice because we just drink water, water, water. And now I am on to drinking water with lemon. Anyway, have you invested in a juicer or blender? Like you know, when you feel like drinking something aside from water, you can just make your own fruit juice or some smoothies. 🙂 It is so good! I am really happy for you and excited for you. 🙂

    wow, how awesome is that! way to go…:) I’m trying to lose some pounds too…so hard to get rid of my muffin…lol!
