Chicken Alfredo & Broccoli!

So today I made a delicious lower carb high in fat chicken alfredo with broccoli and it was so good! I never eat broccoli and I had seconds, not a lot though maybe a half a cup. Want to know how to make too?

Ingredients:
chickenalfredoingredients

Directions:
1.) Two boneless chicken breast slice in half to make two extra breasts, but a little thinner than before. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Fry in olive oil until fully cooked. Let that set aside while you prepare Alfredo sauce.

2.) In a medium sauce pan add butter and melt completely then added grated garlic stir in add cubed cream cheese stir until melted.  It won’t blend entirely yet.

3.) Add heavy cream and 1/2 cup water, stir until creamy and smooth.

4.) add cheeses and stir until melted, add a dash or two of pepper and (optional)garlic powder.

5.) Put broccoli in a microwave safe bowl with a little bit of water in the bottom and cover with cling wrap then microwave for around 4 – 6 minutes.

6.) Next cut chicken in short strips and add to cheesy alfredo sauce.

I served the cheesy chicken alfredo over the broccoli.  It was delicious!
