So I’m back on track down a pound again and I been checking my ketones and I’m in ketosis, which is good! Just where I want to be. A lot of people tell me oh no you don’t want to go in to Ketosis it’s bad and can be bad for you. People just don’t understand what ketosis is. What it means is I’m burning fat, the ketones that show in my urine are proof that I’m burning fat. My husbands ketones are negative, so I’m doing it right.
Here is my ketone test does it look like I”m closer to the left color or the right color?
