Daily LCHF Food Journal!
I just wanted to add another weigh in this morning, I know I shouldn’t weigh myself so much. But my goodness is it exciting! I didn’t have a huge food day, I ate a small breakfast and honestly swam in the pool for several hours and then came in around 9pm and cooked steak. It was actually a roast I cut in to different cuts of meat. These were steaks I cut. Anyways we kept busy today and I’m worn out tonight!

Food journals are such a good idea. Unfortunately I’ve tried it before and just stopped keeping up! Looks like you’ve been doing great keeping up with yours though!

this is a great way to keep track of your progress. I wish I am this organized with tracking my food intake.
