Daily Food Journal!

Day 15

So I’m back on track down a pound again and I been checking my ketones and I’m in ketosis, which is good! Just where I want to be.  A lot of people tell me oh no you don’t want to go in to Ketosis it’s bad and can be bad for you.  People just don’t understand what ketosis is.  What it means is I’m burning fat, the ketones that show in my urine are proof that I’m burning fat.  My husbands ketones are negative, so I’m doing it right.

 Here is my ketone test does it look like I”m closer to the left color or the right color?

    I think your in the middle of the two colors. lol. It’s so hard to choose because they’re too close to each other

    It looks like kind of like in the middle I agree. You are doing better though. Just keep it up. Weird looking test strips.

    Good for you! I am trying to count my calories as well to lose some weight but have not seen a lot of changes. Hopefully, I can stick to my plan. Good luck on your journey!
