Update: March 30 Weigh In! #LCHF
So this week has been a less of a loss. It’s that time of the month for me and yes weigh day it begins! lol So this week I lost exactly 1 lb! Nothing more, nothing less! 🙂 Works for me though! Considering I’m bloated and retaining water! Yay!!
Yesterday I had a huge workout! I cut grass for just over 2 hours! I mean this was a hardcore workout for me! My upper arms, top of my thighs and my hands hurt so bad today! I came in after working the yard and took my BP. I knew it would be up, but my curiosity was the heart rate! That was 135 BPS!! Oh Shiznit! Never seen my heart rate that high ever! I was feeling super sick too, I felt like I was going to puke.
I worked hard! I want to do this at least once or maybe twice a week. Not so much the high heart rate, but the grass cutting! It was nice to cut the lawn. First time I done that since I was a teenager! Over 20 years ago! Amazing! So Grateful for LCHF and Now ZeroCarb!
Some photos from our grass cutting. Don’t mind my house, we’re cleaning it and everything over the next few weeks. I couldn’t do much work before, I can do so much more now! I already washed one of the streaks down the front of the house. SO I’m hoping to do them all with a mop, I took lysol and a sponge out there and it came clean. So this should be an easy task, except for the higher up areas. I can’t wait to have this yard looking great! We don’t have a lot of money to pay someone to come do it the work. So we will do it slowly!
