Just a Quick Weigh In Before Monday!
I decided to go ahead and weigh myself today, although I cannot wait till tomorrow to do it again. My food intake is low and I’m not feeling very hungry at all! I went all day till I had one meal and later a snack of cheese. I also had 3 small coffee’s with coconut oil, I think that helped fuel my body too.
So here goes! I’m down a whole 49 lbs exactly! My BMI has arrived at 51.8:
