So I ended up not making breakfast and just having two small pieces, I thought I had three pieces of my favorite low carb pizza! lol 5 cubes of sugar free jello with like a tbsp of heavy cream mixed in. Delicious!
I also made a dessert tonight and it’s sugar free the ingredients are 2 blocks of cream cheese, 1/2 cup heavy cream 2 packs of strawberry jello. It’s super simple I whipped the cream cheese and heavy cream and then once nice and light and fluffy I added the jello. Poured it out in to a spring form pan I put foil on the bottom of it and put cling wrap right on the dessert and refrigerated. I can probably cut 12 to 14 pieces out of it, and they’ll probably be around 3 (2.83g) grams per slice if I cut it into 12 slices.
