Daily Food Journal!
So I have realized that I have been for sure messing up, I need to take in more fat than protein I got a little messed up. I got me some Ketone strips today and they said I’m a little bit in ketosis which is where I want to be. I want to have more than small show up on the strip. There are several different readings. Negative, Trace, Small, Moderate and Large. I’d like to get at least to moderate and then large.
But anyways above is the food I ate today, although I added the ice cream and have yet to eat it. I just wanted to account for it. If I don’t eat two servings then we can just remove that, but I wont know till later if I decide to.
